The Householder : is a warm and articulate gentleman in his 80s. He is very involved in community life, going to a weekly exercise class and other community activities.
The ideal companion :The retired gentleman is looking for a homeshare companion, who will be happy to provide 10 hours of company and some light household chores per week, in exchange of affordable accommodation The ideal companion will be a LADY over the age of 21years. Will suit a kind and warm lady with a great sense of humour. The retired gentleman would be happy to consider a dog or cat.
The Home:
½ mile from the high street set in a lovely quiet road
3-bedroom comfortable home - terraced home
The room available – medium sized room, double bed (single bed bunk on top)
Ensuite bathroom – large wetroom
Shared kitchen
driveway parking
cleaner included for communal areas
Gardener provided
WIFI incl.
Bills:
-£150 per month subscription (there is no rent charged) plus
-Council tax which is £30-45 per month – full time students are exempt from Council Tax -plus small contribution to utilities (approx. £25 per month). There are no other bills.
